We Need a Harpy

I hate to be the one who brings this up but part of the failings of our primogen councils have been their in ability to take any kind of actions because they would never meet. I figure it has been a reasonable amount of time for the council to have elected a harpy. If they could elect one post haste I would be much happier as there are a number of duties the harpy is responsible for that need to be taken care of.
