Champlain Heights, the new suburb located just a few moments from downtown Saint John has completed construction of the new outdoor theatre and park. The area also boasts a number of shops and other entertainment venues. The small suburb is fast becoming a popular destination for travellers and has added a considerable amount of jobs to the work force.

The area is prime real estate and new owners are flocking to the area in hoeps of getting in on the ground floor. The outdoor theatre and park were constructed and donated to the city by the local development company Arrow Construction who have said that "They just wanted to bring a little life into the area". The company was acknowledged at the ribbon cutting ceremony and a plaque placed on the entrance to the area.
