Tom Tom and Oliver Twist

Several childer were created by one or more of the independents known as Tom Tom, and Oliver Twist. These childer were created in my domain without my permission, thus the tradition of progany has been broken. The punishment for this crime is quite clear, the childer, and those who created them are to be destroyed.

Mr. Smith will be organizing a coterie to hunt down these unacknowledged childer, and to bring Tom Tom and Oliver Twist to me for questioning and punishment. If you have information regarding these independents, please give it to Mr. Smith.
