Feeding Grounds Empty Feeding Grounds

In the preliminary stages, I'm hoping this system will work and work damn well at that.

Basically I've used the 'sections' of the city and alloted them blood points.

After the system goes live which I'm fairly certain will be in effect prior to the first game, you will be required to tell me where you feed. I will then determine based on who is feeding where how hard it is for you to feed.

For example: Lets say that I give the "Albert Park" area of the city 2 blood per night as its a highly populated area with lots of night life making it easy to feed and a high source of victims. Then 3 people tell me that they are feeding in that area. Since the area can only sustain 2 kindred it will not only tax the area, but make it harder for the 3 people to feed as well. Now lets say that instead only one person feeds within this area, well in that case he would have a much easier time of feeding, perhaps even getting a free dot of herd for game night, or not having to do a hunting test. If "Albert park" had 5 blood per night, and only one kindred feeding in the area, well then that person wouldn't even have to perform a feeding test and would always start scenes at full.

So I'm hoping that Feeding Grounds become an important part of teh political game and a valuable bargaining chip.

I like the idea of feeding grounds but breaking them up in such large portions seems to eliminate the ability of the prince to effectively deal out hunting grounds as he has access only to a handful.

I think I have about 20 feeding ground locations... which means that the prince could give each kindred his own feeding ground currently.
