Anouncements from the Justicars

I have met with the Archon Constantine Walsingham, and I have a few announcements to pass on.

First, I am no longer to be known as Respected within the Camarilla. The Justicars have stripped me of this status for failing to punish kindred of this domain when they speak out against Camarilla and its principles. I would like to inform all kindred, that I intend have learned my lesson. All future public transgressions will be met with quick and sever punishment.

First and foremost, we must all respect the Camarilla. I will tolerate no more public insults against the sect, or its hierarchy.
Second, are the traditions themselves.
Third, the principles of status. We must remember to always respect the status of other kindred. Failure to respect the status of one who posses clearly more than you will result in severe punishment.
Fourth, the principles of prestation.

Second, I am please to announce the the Justicars have acknowledged Mr. Kone's time spent in this domain, and his continued effort to strengthen our city for the Camarilla. As such, he is now known as Dedicated. I hope you will all join me in congratulating Mr. Kone.

I have several questions in regards to these new proclamations.

1. When you talk of thee traditions in what respect are we to know how and when we are treading on them because much of their power lies in their interpretation. I know that Ed Wall had made his interpretations clear. If you are going to become harsh with these I would ask that you give the city what you believe they mean.

2. Status has always been an issue in this city and I believe it will continue to be an issue. Most believe that when you speak out against someone you are insulting their status and I mean that is not really the roll of the the individual to asses it is the role of the Harpy. I would also like to state that this trend was started by Mauser who would continually disrespect Caffey's status in the Camarilla.

3. If you are not allowed to question anyone in authority inside of the Camarilla how are you supposed to show potential and advance.

4. As far as my time spent in this Domain I am afraid the Justicars are incorrect. I have spent as little time here as possible. And if things work out well I should be leaving on a permanent basis.

Mr. Kone, there are 6 traditions. I should not need to elaborate on them, as they are centuries old, and all members of the camarilla are required to be familiar with them.

In layman terms:

1)The masquerade: Do not undertake any action that does, or could potentially result in, those not of our blood discovering that we exist.
2) Domain: Saint John is my domain. While in it, you must show me respect, and abide by my interpretations of Camarilla Law.
3) Progeny: Before you may create a childer, you must have my permission
4) Accounting: You are responsible for teaching your childer the ways of the Camarilla. From the time they are created, until they are released into the Camarilla, you will be punished for their transgressions
5) Hospitality: All those within my city must seek out my acknowledgement. Without my acknowledgement, you are nothing. You have no status in the domain, and you will be at the mercy of the scourge.
6) Destruction: You are forbidden from destroying any kindred. The only exceptions are if there has been a bloodhunt called, or in the case of unacknowledged kindred, and unsanctioned childer if I have given you the powers of scourge.

I do not care who started disrespecting status first, or why it has become so blatant in our court. What is important is that it stops. I too agree that matters of prestation and status are generally to be looked after by the harpie, but I will be ensuring that the punishment is adequate if it is beyond what the harpie is allowed to impose.

You may question those in authority in private. You can only make public accusations, insults, or otherwise if you have the status to backup your claims. Even if you do not personally have the status to backup your claims, you can borrow the status of others for your allegations, and then you may take them public.
