In order to deal with our comeing social engagements at the jazz hole , and for that matter any of our gatherings , I will appoint Kar Mouser to the position of Harpy until such a time , that the need for primogen arises , at that point when there are at least three standing primogen , we will chose a harpy. For now all boon activity will go through Mr. Mauser .
